I remember when I first met your mum, and the first thing I said to her was, “I’m sorry we didn’t meet under better circumstances.” I remember how each of your family member came around to say something – something that was both lovely and heartbreaking. A small recollection of you, a fun fact that they thought we could find comfort in during those hazy hours. Somehow, despite not having met them physically before, I felt that I’ve known them for so long, all through you. Your kindness, your wittiness, your humility, your piety, your good heart, your warmth – I felt them with each and every one of your loved ones. I finally managed to meet them again to have a proper conversation, just to get to know each other all over again through you. We miss you every day.
